We will ship Monday-Wednesday for most orders to be sure your products arrive before the weekend. We will use Fedex for your shipping. We use an insulated box with a gel pack and/or dry ice. The box charge is $8.00.

If you live more than a 3 day ground delivery area for Fedex from Wisconsin then you must choose 3 day select or 2 day air.  

If your meat does not arrive in good condition notify us by email or phone THAT DAY. Email uncurednaturalmeats@gmail.com or call 920-386-4971.

 If the meat products arrive thawed, but still cool to touch, they are fine to eat, If they are warm email or call THAT DAY.  If there are ice crystals in the salmon they are OK to put in the freezer. 

You can have the meats overnight-ed if you wish. We will try and be of service every way we can. All sales are final.  If there is a problem with the meats or salmon or chicken shipped, call or email. You will be instructed whether to return or dispose of products. We will reship the products to you.
