Alaskan Mariners Sockeye Salmon, very red, firm textured salmon, rich in salmon flavor. Available in portion sizes, average size is 8oz, but they can be as small as 4oz and as large as 10oz. We will send as close to a pound as possible, that means 2-3 portion packs. This salmon is fished off the west side of Kodiak Island Alaska. Greg's brother Steve uses an old fashioned bleeding technique which means our salmon NEVER has a fishy taste or a fishy smell when cooking.
