NOW you can! Uncured Natural Meats is introducing our Smoky Beef Strips. 100% grass-fed beef smoked in hard wood smoke. We cannot call it jerky because we do not dehydrate it down to the 2.5% moisture as required by the USDA to call it jerky. So our Smoky Beef Strips are just perfect in place of jerky.
100% grass-fed beef, certified organic spices, Himalayan sea salt and Coconut Amino's! NO soy! Coconut Amino's is a fermented coconut sap. It is a great replacement for soy sauce.
