Organic beef, 100% grass-fed, certified organic spices, HIMALAYAN PINK SEA SALT, a mineral rich, hand harvested, fluid balancing sea salt. It is higher in potassium than sodium. Himalayan sea salt is a very rich tasting salt. We use 1 pound of salt to every 100 pounds of meat. That means the salt content is 1%, and even less in sodium!
Organic dehydrated sugar cane, approximately 0.2% in the wieners, just enough for flavor. Natural vitamin C, filtered water and a sheep casing is used, THERE IS NO PORK in or around any of our meats. We have a low fat content, 8%-15%. NO ADDED NITRATES or MSG, NO CORN SYRUP, NO FILLERS OF ANY KIND. OUR WIENERS ARE FULLY COOKED AND ARE GLUTEN-FREE AND CASEIN-FREE.
Our sausage products are very low in fat compared to others so please do not over cook these wieners. They are fully cooked, just heat till you see the juices bubbling in the casing. The difference between a hot dog and a wiener is that hot dogs are pressed in a mold and wieners have a casing. This casing hold in the juices when cooking, then when you bite into them, they are moist and juicy! Give our wieners a try and see what that old time flavor is like.
