Ground Lamb USDA Inspected
Grass-fed lamb, naturally raised lamb no antibiotics or hormones. These lamb are raised on an organic farm and out on pasture. Being grass-fed they have all the health benefits of the grass-fed rudiments, omega 3 fatty acids, CLA, B12 and Vitamin E.
One of my favorites is to take our ground chuck and ground lamb and ground chicken and make a meat loaf. I have served it to friends and had very good reviews!
Another idea is to take our Organic Ground Beef Heart, Tongue and Liver and mix with the other meats. It is a great way to incorporate organ meats into the diet for those who do not prefer to eat them straight.
