We use 100% grass fed beef, (with grass fed beef you get the heart healthy omega 3 fatty acids just like in the wild salmon). Naturally raised beef never given antibiotics or hormones.
Himalayan sea salt, a fluid balancing, mineral rich sea salt. Himalayan sea salt is a very rich tasting salt. We use 1 pound of salt for every 100 pounds of beef. That is 1% salt in each pound of sausage! AND it is even less in sodium because Himalayan sea salt is higher is potassium than it is in sodium.
We use certified organic spices and the fat content is ONLY 8-15%! Most sausage products are 40-60% fat. We sell meat not fat.
We do not add nitrates or MSG. NO corn syrup, liquid smoke, animal by-products or fillers of any kind. No pork in or around any of our meats.
All our meats are gluten free and casein free. Feel free to enjoy, the taste is A-OK!
