Uncured Natural Meat's Brown and Serve Beef Breakfast Links, using 100% grass fed beef. The naturally raised beef is never given any hormones or antibiotics. We only use certified organic spices, filtered water and Himalayan salt.
Himalayan sea salt is a very rich tasting salt. It is higher in potassium than it is in sodium. We use 1 pound of salt for every 100 pounds of meat. That makes the salt content ONLY 1%!
We use a collagen casing of a vegetable/beef mix. As with all our products there are no added nitrates or MSG, no corn syrup, no fillers, no animal by-products, no pork in or around any of our meats. We have a very low fat content of 8%-15%.
Our meats are all gluten free and casein free.
