The brisket is cured in a brine of filtered water, Himalayan pink sea salt, organic dehydrated sugar cane, organic brown sugar, organic cinnamon and organic cloves. Then it is slowly smoked in hard wood smoke at a low temperature without adding nitrates or MSG. No corn syrup or liquid smoke.
