Natural raised beef, never given antibiotics or hormones, certified organic spices, HIMALAYAN PINK SEA SALT, a mineral rich, fluid balancing, hand harvested, sea salt, higher in potassium than sodium.
Himalayan sea salt is a very rich tasting salt. We use 1 pound of salt to each100 pound of meat. That is a salt content of 1%! And even less in sodium.
Organic dehydrated sugar cane 0.02%, natural vitamin C and a low fat content, 8%-15%, average is 8%. Most sausages contain 40-60% fat, even the natural ones are fatter than ours. we use sheep casings, filtered water, and a low smoking temperature using hard wood smoke.
NO ADDED NITRATES or MSG. NO CORN SYRUP, LIQUID SMOKE, or FILLERS. NO ANIMAL BY-PRODUCTS, (this is all muscle meat), NO PORK IN OR AROUND ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS.

The difference between a hot dog and a wiener is that hot dogs are pressed in a mold and wieners have a casing. This casing holds in the juices till you are ready to eat, then what a flavor!!! Try some you will be surprised at the wonderful taste. Do not over cook our wieners. With only 8% fat they cook very fast. Just heat till the juices begin to bubble, about 2-3 minutes.
