NEW! ORGANIC and NATURAL RAISED, 100% GRASS FED BEEF GROUND CHUCK!  Supplied in 1 pound vacuum sealed packs or 1/3 pound patties in one pound packs. USDA inspected, 95% lean. NEVER adding any chemicals. Test your ground meat. Put some regular store ground beef in the freezer for 2-3 days. Take it out and smell it, you can smell the chemicals in the beef! Try the same test with our beef, it will still smell fresh.

We use 100% grass-fed beef, organically raised (green label) or naturally raised (blue label). Naturally raised beef has never been given any antibiotics or hormones. We use certified organic spices, filtered water and a pure, mineral rich, fluid balancing, hand harvested Himalayan pink sea salt. Himalayan sea salt is such a rich tasting salt we only add one pound of salt to every 100 pounds of beef. That is 1% salt in our meats! Even less in sodium because Himalayan sea salt is higher in potassium than in sodium.

What is in our uncured meat is important, but just as important, what is NOT in them. There are NO ADDED NITRATES OR MSG, NO CORN SYRUP, NO LIQUID SMOKE, NO ADDED FAT, the fat content is 8-15%, NO ANIMAL BY-PRODUCTS, NO FILLERS OF ANY KIND, NO PORK in or around any of our uncured beef.
